Happy Hips: Follow-along Workout #3
It's been said that the muscles in the feet are quite proprioceptive and TELL the body what to do, while the muscles in the HIPS are quite strong and DO the bulk of the work. However, the hips and feet need to work together, and thus we should train them that way. A lot of MOBO users note that they also feel their hips fire up, and this is why!
The hip's job is to STEER + PROPEL our body while also assisting with POSTURE. Using MOBO will improve not just your feet, not just your hips, but ensure you build coordination within BOTH to be your best.
